At Garage Phone, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products. However, we acknowledge the importance of having a clear and fair policy in case any issues arise.

✅ First: Manufacturing Defects

Any manufacturing defect in the product will be addressed within a maximum of 40 days from the date the customer receives the product.

The product must meet the following conditions:

  • In its original condition, without tampering, damage, or misuse.

  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

The company reserves the right to inspect the product to ensure the defect is due to manufacturing and not caused by misuse.

🔁 Second: Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is unused.

  • The product is in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

🔙 Third: Return Policy

Returns are available within 7 days of receipt, under the following circumstances:

  • Receipt of a different product from what was ordered.

  • The product is damaged (photos must be provided within 24 hours of receipt).

Any shipping or delivery charges will be deducted from the return amount unless the error was on our part.

🛠 Fourth: Exceptions Not Covered by the Policy

  • Faults caused by neglect or misuse.

  • Damage caused by tampering or attempting repairs outside of our authorized centers.

  • Products received more than 40 days ago without a report.
